This efficient system consists of a baseplate with guide and contact pressure rollers onto which a powerful router is mounted. Position the router on the handrail or wreath, clamp using the trapezoidal threaded pindles and guide along the workpiece.
The contact pressure rollers ensure that the router is firmly seated on the workpiece, enabling you to make the correct profile cut while allowing for every twist in the workpiece.
Two guide handles are provided for sensitive handling regardless of whether the handrail section is clamped edgeways or horizontally.
- Height of handrail that can be cut: Approx. 58-140 mm (2-1/4" to 5-1/2")
- Width of handrail that can be cut: Approx. 38-75 mm (1.5" to 3")
- Smallest radius of wreath: Approx. 250 mm (10")
